You can even drill down and individually allow certain trusted trackers if needed.
Privacy Badger – Shut Out Sneaky Tracking Companies for Good
If you‘ve never heard of Privacy Badger, it was created by EFF, one of the leading digital rights nonprofits. I love Privacy Badger because it automatically learns about and blocks new trackers as you browse. It doesn‘t rely on a predefined tracker list.
For example, when I visited a European news site last month, Privacy Badger identified and blocked a little-known tracker called TradeTracker that had been following me across multiple sites. This kind of autonomous privacy protection really impressed me. Over 35 million times, Privacy Badger has blocked hidden trackers from profiling users unknowingly.
ClearURLs – Remove Tracking Data from URLs to Keep Visits Private
Many URLs themselves contain tracking parameters that identify your visit to the site owner and advertisers. For example:

Last week, Webroot stopped me from ordering from a fake Amazon site mirrored to steal login credentials. It turned out the phishing page was hosted in Russia and had no TLS certificate. Without Webroot, I likely would’ve had my account compromised.
