One event that‘s got players puzzling is Fecund Blessings, which has you tracking down hidden treasure chests related to some cryptic clues.

An Introduction to Genshin Impact 3.1
On September 28, 2022, miHoYo rolled out Version 3.1, introducing the long-teased Sumeru region to the world of Teyvat. This massive new area expands the lore and story of the Dendro Archon, bringing new quests, domains, equipment and more for us Travelers to explore. I don‘t know about you, but I‘ve been looking forward to Sumeru for months!
To prepare for the maintenance downtime, players received the usual primogem compensation – 60 for under 5 hours, and up to 600 for hitting AR 60. Here‘s a quick history of primogem rewards from major version updates:

As you can see, miHoYo has been consistent about compensating players with enough gems for around 4 wishes per major update. I recommend spending your 3.1 gems on Cyno‘s "Twilight Arbiter" banner to get the brand new Electro polearm character.
Understanding the Fecund Blessings Event
Once you‘ve claimed your update rewards, let‘s dive into the magical Fecund Blessings event! This limited-time challenge tasks Travelers with finding 8 different treasure chests scattered across Teyvat. Each chest is tied to a short cryptic poem that hints at the location.
Reading the event description reveals that bountiful harvests once existed in a mysterious Phantasmal Space. But now, only notes and chess pieces remain as clues where we can find these treasures. Pretty neat event theme right?
Our mission is to locate all 8 treasure chests based on the poetic clues provided. This can take some creative thinking and out-of-the-box sleuthing! The trickiest one for me was definitely: "Honest well-wishes beside the spring fairy." Let‘s break down how to find it.
Pinpointing the Location of the "Spring Fairy"
Reading this clue, my first thought was to look for places related to spring or fairies near a water source. The term "spring fairy" brought to mind imagery of ponds, streams and waterfalls.
In Genshin Impact, one of the few spots matching this vibe is Springvale, located northeast of Mondstadt city. The village name itself contains the word "spring" – pretty good indicator that we‘re on the right track!
Springvale doesn‘t have any major ponds or waterfalls though. After exploring a bit, I found the specific location related to this clue is actually the small pond north of the Springvale waypoint.
This pond contains two faded Geo elemental monuments and is where you can often find Hopkins the Marvelous experimenting. The remote, mystical vibe of this pond fits the "spring fairy" description perfectly!
Finding the Exact Treasure Chest Location
To reach this area, fast travel to the Springvale waypoint and head north past the village. Follow the path until you reach the pond with Hopkins.
Take a close look at the small cliff on the pond‘s edge and you should see the Fecund Blessings chest sitting on top! It‘s nestled right between the two elemental monuments overlooking the pond.
Opening the chest completes the "Honest well-wishes beside the spring fairy" challenge with a reward of 100 Adventure EXP. You‘re one step closer to collecting all 8 treasure chests and earning those juicy Primogems!
